Contributing Information & Announcements
        The site is useful to promote big events with weeks or months of advance notice.  Website Designer receives info, announcements, and calendar items from board members after their approval of items. Typically, communicate with board, then let board communicate with designer.

Contributing Photographs
   Please feel free to submit photos. Note suggestions for photographs:
- Identify main subjects by name. Identify event by name and date(s).
- Unaltered, unedited full size *.tif is best file format. Also *.png is excellent. High-quality *.jpg is acceptable also, especially unedited.
- Photos need clear focus to be displayed effectively on www.
- From digital camera or scanned image, high resolutions such as 1600x1200 or 1024x768 are better than low resolutions such as 640x480 or 320x240.
- When scanning photo prints, scan at 150dpi resolution or higher and save as *.tif or highest-quality jpeg.
- If you wish to submit photographic prints, please FIRST make duplicates; then package them carefully for shipping. Ship to: 30041 Running Deer Lane, Laguna Niguel CA 92677-2024. Call 949-363-9508 (home) Fax 949-249-1499 to notify that you are sending photo prints.
- Website designer is not responsible for loss or destruction of materials submitted; however, effort is made to return materials in condition similar to that in which they were received
- Display of photographs is decided by website designer
- Upon submission of graphics, artwork, or photographs, web designer may employ them freely upon the Internet and any other publications, including releases to press and media.  Copyrighted materials must be marked clearly and legally as such, and accompanied by written authorization for use by web designer at no charge

Contributing Original Artwork and Graphics
   Please feel free to submit artwork. Note suggestions for graphics:
- *.tif is best format; *.png, *.gif, and *.jpg also are good. Ask about other formats such as vector
- Identify main subjects by name; identify event by name and date(s); identify full name of artist
- whether digital graphic or scanned image, highest resolutions are better than lower resolutions; artist may submit various sizes of same graphic

   Email comments and suggestions. It is helpful if you include specific examples and detailed descriptions. If you wish to help maintain site, particularly processing photos and graphics or calendar, please discuss terms of your offer of assistance, your level of expertise, and areas in which you may need training or advice.
